Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Universal Work Search AI regarding your use of our dashboard, browser extension, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Universal Work Search AI is an AI job search dashboard, with a companion browser extension, that provides AI-powered tools for Upwork freelancers, including: • AI-powered job filtering and scoring • Automated proposal generation • Profile management tools • Analytics and tracking features • Automation tools for job applications

We offer the following subscription plans: • Free Plan: 100 evaluations + 10 proposals monthly, basic features • Starter Plan: $5/month with 750 evaluations + 25 proposals monthly • Professional Plan: $15/month with 3,000 evaluations + 100 proposals monthly • Team & Agency Plan: $35/month, 10 seats, 9,000 evaluations + 300 proposals monthly, pooled Monthly allowances assume the default AI models; higher-quality models you can select in Settings consume more of your allowance per evaluation or proposal. • Top-ups: any whole-dollar amount from $1 to $30, adding evaluations and proposals with no subscription required Payments are processed through Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Violate Upwork's terms of service or community guidelines • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension • Share your account credentials with others • Use automated tools to access the service beyond its intended functionality • Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content

The Universal Work Search AI dashboard and extension, including all software, content, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Use of our AI tools does not guarantee success on Upwork or any specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

We do not offer custom development services or direct human assistance for software modifications. Our service is a standardized product with predefined features. However, we provide: • Email customer support for technical issues • User guides and documentation • Feature requests consideration for future updates • Account and billing assistance All support is provided through standard channels without custom development or personalized coding services.
